Chalet Sainte Marie has been newly renovated and lovingly restored to its former glory. If you have been looking for a luxury ski chalet in Morzine with real atmosphere you’ve never experienced – then this is it! A beautifully restored former nunnery with a wide variety of sleeping options and loads of living space.
The Chalet St Marie sleeps 24 in 12 bedrooms, some with en-suite facilites, including 2 self contained family suites. It is situated in the pretty hamlet of Montriond just a 15 minute walk from Morzine and a 5 minute trip to Ardent (the main lift into Portes du Soleil).

Chalet staff will be available to book and advise on local restaurants for chalet staffs’ night off on Wednesday.

Cooked breakfast is available on 6 mornings with a continental breakfast laid out on the 7th. Breakfast typically consists of porridge and a choice of cereals, freshly baked bread and croissants, jams and preserves, eggs, bacon and tomatoes, fruit, yoghurt and a selection of teas and freshly filtered coffee. The hot dish will vary day to day but options include:-
* Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast,
* Sausages,mushrooms and scrambled eggs
* Welsh rarebit with bacon
* Eggs Benedict
Afternoon tea is provided daily with a selection of home made cakes and pastries served with a selection of teas, freshly filtered coffee and hot chocolate.
A five course dinner will be served on 6 evenings and will be served with a complimentary range of local wines. All the meals are hearty, prepared by our chef, and use only the best local ingredients. The food is a fusion of traditional Savoyarde with a modern European twist.
A complimentary aperitif and a digestif will be offered to every adult guest from a limited bar list but options will include
* Aperitif - vodka and tonic, gin and tonic, whisky, sherry
* Digestif - baileys, cognac, port, whisky.
A typical evening menu would be:-

* Caramelised onion, goats cheese and fig tart
* Pan fried duck breast served with sweet potato mash, seasonal vegetables and port sauce
* Pain raisin bread and butter pudding with brandy syllabub
* A selection of local cheese and fruit served with a digestif
